Vid vackra Gudbrandsjuvet ligger Juvet Landscape Hotel ritat av Jensen & Skodvin Arkitektkontor. Hotellets rum kommer, mer eller mindre, vara egna små hus, med minst en av sina väggar i glas. Glassväggarna göra att gästerna kommer få en otrolig utsikt över det vackra och dramatiska landskapet.
Jag har svårt att avgöra om byggnaden är vacker i sig eller om det är omgivningen som gör att det hela blir så otroligt vackert. Men med hus är helheten som räknas och det har JSA lyckats väldigt bra med. Skulle vara kul att se hur landskapet utanför hotellet förändras under ett helt år. Tror hösten med sina orange och röda färger kan vara väldigt imponerande.

J. MAYER H. Architects and Sebastian Finckh have completed the Home.Haus - Home for Children and Adolescents in Hamburg-Bergedorf, Germany.
From the architects:
Located near the edge of the forest in Hamburg, a new residential building is now finished as a home for children and adolescents. The characteristics of the building are based on a two colour relief facade embracing a compact house volume. A central staircase penetrates the division between floors in favour of communication to create a central open space for the community.

The WallFlower Wall Office($TBA) by Jonas & Jonas. The scratch- and shock-resistant body of this furniture made of laminate (HPL: high pressure laminate) and allows for any kind of strain. WallFlower offers alterable design with high functionality, both in private as well as in commercial and industrial domains. Its areas of usage are nearly unlimited. WALLFLOWER does without screws or dowels. It remains stable on the wall by means of four special elastic-buffers on the backside of the racks and by one or two legs made of stainless steel. Statics and strain always give the right footing to WALLFLOWER. Its assembly does not require tools and only needs a few seconds. I love it, perfect for small space, your small workstation.
